First layer:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp soda
tsp salt
tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cup fruit cocktail and juice (no 2 can)

Second Layer:
cup brown sugar
cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first layer ingredients together and pour into oblong ungreased pan.

Mix second layer ingredients and sprinkle on top of first layer.

Bake at 320 40 minutes, then 300 for 10 minutes

Serve with Cool Whip.
