1 box Betty Crocker Pound Cake Mix
3 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp graded lemon peel

Glaze:
2 tbsp butter
½ tsp grated lemon peel
1 cup powdered sugar
1-3 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º.

Grease and flour 9x5 loaf pan. Prepare mix, using directions for butter pound cake; but, also add 3 tbsp poppy seeds and 1 tbsp grated lemon peel. Pour into pan and bake as directed.

Cool for 10 minutes then drizzle with glaze.

Glaze:
Heat butter in saucepan until melted.

Remove from heat and stir in lemon peel and powdered sugar.

Stir in lemon juice, 1 tbsp at a time, until glaze is smooth.
