⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
8 small Yukon Gold potatoes(1˝ lb.), cut lengthwise
4-6 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix cheese and garlic in shallow dish. Dip cut-sides of potatoes in butter, then in cheese mixture. Place, cheese-sides down, on sprayed baking sheet. Brush tops with remaining butter. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Makes 8 servings.
