1 cup Mayonnaise
5 tbsp Rice Vinegar
4 tbsp Sugar
4 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1. Mix all ingredients together until totally mixed. Let sit in fridge for at least an hour (better if overnight).

2. Serve on salad with teriyaki chicken. YUM.

This is THE SALAD DRESSING for chicken Teriyaki! I finally found it! If I'm just making it for us, I halve the recipe-- a little goes a long way.
