6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1-10¾ oz. can cream of onion soup
½ cup milk
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese, cubed
¼ tsp. black pepper
Salt to taste

Directions:
In a sprayed 11x7 baking dish, layer sliced potatoes. In a small mixing bowl mix together soup, milk, pepper, and cheese. Spread over top of potatoes. Bake at 350º for 1½ hours. Serves 4 to 6.
