1 pound ground meat
3 cups mostaccioli, uncooked
1 jar (28 oz) spaghetti sauce
1 pkg 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in a large skillet, drain. Add 2 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to med-low. Stir in pasta; cover. Simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.

Mom wrote, "I stirred this several times to keep it from sticking and get the pasta in the liquid to get it cooked."

Stir in spaghetti sauce and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover. Cook 3 min until cheer is melted.
