3-1/2 cups milk
2-1/2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 lb velveeta, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup butter, cup into small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a slow cooker and cover with lid.

Cook on low 2-1/2 - 3 hours or on high 1-1/2 - 2 hours.
Turn slower cooker off. Stir mac and cheese. Let stand covered 15 minutes before serving.
