1 - 16 oz. pkg. pound cake mix
½ c. butter or margarine, melted
5 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar, divided
2 (1-8 oz. & 1-3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine dry cake mix, butter and 3 eggs; beat until smooth. Spread into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Set aside 2 tablespoons powdered sugar for topping. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, vanilla, remaining powdered sugar and remaining eggs. Pour over batter. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake at 350˚ for 35-40 minutes or until cake begins to pull away from sides of pan. Cool on a wire rack. Dust with reserved powdered sugar. Store in refrigerator.
