2¾ c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
⅛ tsp. salt
1 c. butter, room temp
1¼ c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. orange zest
1 c. orange juice
1 c. dried cranberries, chopped
1 c. powdered sugar
1 T. corn syrup
4 tsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease 12 cup Bundt pan and flour. Set aside. Blend flour, baking powder and salt. Combine. Beat butter and sugar on medium-high speed until smooth, about 3 minutes. Beat in vanilla and zest. On low, beat in flour mixture, alternating with orange juice, in 3 additions, beginning and ending with flour. Beat on medium-high for 2 minutes. Stir in cranberries. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes until done. Beat powdered sugar, corn syrup and milk till smooth. Drizzle over cooled cake.
