Ingredients:  
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 egg whites
Dash of salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips over hot water
Beat egg whites until foamy
Gradually adding sugar until stiff peaks form
Beat in vanilla and vinegar
Fold in melted chocolate, nuts and coconut

Preheat oven to 350º

Drop by tsp on to a greased cookie sheet or silpad.
Bake for 10 minutes.

Remove to rack and cool.

I receive recipe from college roommate lorelee'mom. I always use three egg whites left over from the three egg yolks used in the Spritz cookies.
