Crust - 1 stick butter
1 - cup flour
1 - cup chopped pecans

Filling - 1 carton small cool whip
1 - 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 - cup powdered sugar
1 small instant vanilla pudding
1 small instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk

Crust - Mix butter, flour and chopped pecans together - Place in 9 by 13 inch casserole dish and pack down.
Bake 350 for 20-30 minutes. Cool

Mix together cool whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Smooth on top of cooled crust.

Combine vanilla and chocolate pudding with milk. Beat until pudding is thick. Put on top of cream cheese mixture.

Top with rest of cool whip
