1 8 oz cream cheese
1 T taco seasoning
1 c shredded cheese
½ c black beans, drained and rinsed
tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and taco seasoning until combined. Mix in shredded cheese. Stir in black beans gently trying not to squish the beans. Spread thinly on tortillas and roll tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate and slice into ¾ - 1 inch slices before serving.

Can be dipped in salsa, sour cream, guacamole, or greek yogurt. Plain is great too.
