2 eggs, 3 if small
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
½ tsp. salt
1 c. salad oil (can use oleo)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
4 c. finely sliced apples

Mix ingredients with spoon. Batter will be stiff. Pour into pan and bake in 350° oven for 45-60 minutes.
