Spiced Rum Cake

1 (2 layer size) pkg. spice cake mix
1 c. milk
⅓ c. cooking oil
¼ c. dairy sour cream
¼ c. rum
4 eggs
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 recipe Rum Glaze

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer on low just until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping the sides of bowl occasionally. Pour into a greased 10” fluted tube pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or until done. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely. Spoon Rum Glaze over cake.

1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. melted margarine or butter
1 T. rum
Water

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine first three ingredients. Stir in additional water, one teaspoon at a time, until glaze is of drizzling consistency.
