1 cup sliced onion
⅓ cup sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1½ cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. smoked paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place onion, sour cream and salt into a blender on high speed for 1 minute until smooth and liquified. Pour batter into a stand mixer and add flour. Mix with dough hook attachment 3 minutes on slow until it forms a smooth ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 325ºF. Remove dough from fridge. Lightly dust counter with flour. Divide dough in half and use a lightly floured rolling pin to roll out each piece of dough as thinly as possible. Lightly dust cracker dough with smoked paprika. Line two baking trays with parchment paper. Transfer each sheet of dough to the prepared trays. Cut into shapes before baking or crack them into shards once they are cooked. Bake for 9 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool.
