16 oz tri color rotini or spaghetti
½ head cauliflower cut in small pieces
1 bunch broccoli cut in small pieces
1 pepper (green /yellow/red some of each)
1 pint grape tomatoes
½ c sliced black olives
1 c cheese cubed (cheddar or mozzarella)
⅓ c onion
8 oz salami or pepperoni sliced
1 c italian dressing
⅓ c shredded parmesan cheese
½ t Italian seasoning

Cook pasta but don't over cook. Rinse with cold water. Cut veggies in small pieces. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Add more dressing if needed before serving.

If you don't like any ingredients leave them out it'll still taste great.
