3 tbs mustard
2 1/2 sticks butter
3 to 4 tbs poppy seeds
1 medium onion, chopped finely
2/3 lb Swiss cheese
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 lb sliced deli ham
4 packages split dinner rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Soften butter. Mix together with poppy seeds, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce and spread over rolls. Add ham either sliced to fit roll or sliced razor thin and heaped on rolls. Lay sliced cheese over entire surface of rolls or sprinkle with grated cheese. Rolls can be served room temperature or heated on a baking sheet for 20 minutes.
