4 large artichokes
4 c Italian bread crumbs
3 tbsp garlic minced or chopped
1 c parmesan cheese grated or powder
1/2 c parsley chopped
1/2 to 3/4 c good olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put water in large bowl with 1 tbsp lemon
Cut off thick stems of artichoke so lay can stand
Trim hard outer layer of stem off and edges of leaves
Cut out center of choke place in water
Mix ingredients in bowl adding oil till like streusel topping
Grab choke from water dry
stuff with mixture make sure to stuff leaves
Then place in pot with water 1 to 2 in up side of artichoke
Drizzle olive oil on top then bring to boil
Then put lid leaving 1 in open then bring down to low and simmer
Skill take 1 to 2 he to cook

Make sure to add more water as needed

Serve with melted butter lemon sliced
Or 1/2 c sour cream
1 tbsp horseradish
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
