1 chocolate cake mix
1 t cinnamon
3 eggs
1 ¼ cups water
½ cup oil
1-2 cups shredded zucchini
¼ cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix and cinnamon together. Add egg, oil and water and mix completely. Fold in zucchini and nuts. Divide into 2 greased & floured loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 45-55 minutes.
