1. 4 cups sugar
2. 4 T cocoa
3. 1 can evaporated milk
4 1 T white corn syrup
5. Dash of salt
6. 2 T butter
7. 1 T vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, cocoa, and salt in saucepan
Over medium heat, add milk and corn syrup to sugar mixture
Bring to boil, stirring constantly (use wooden spoon, No metal spoons)
Reduce to low boil, and cook to softball stage ( 240 on candy thermometer
Or by dropping a small amount of fudge in cold water and it forms a soft ball)
Remove from heat, and add butter
Butter 9x9 dish
When the bottom of the saucepan is cool enough to touch, it's time to start beating
Add vanilla, and beat until it starts losing it's glossiness
Pour into pan.
