1 # angel hair pasta
3 - 14.5 cans chicken broth
2 c heavy cream
½ c parmesan cheese
2 T butter
1 t garlic, minced
Directions:
Directions:
In large pot melt butter. Add garlic cook 1 minute. Add chicken broth and bring to boil. Add pasta and
cook until done. Lower heat and simmer until most of broth is evaporated. Turn off heat. Add whipping cream and parmesan cheese. Stir to mix and heat through.

I make my own chicken broth. Cooked chicken/veggies can be added.
