2 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 can tomato paste
2 cans water
1 can cheddar cheese soup
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 box Lasagna Noodles
1-2 cups Cottage Cheese
2 c. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown the meat and add the onions to soften them. In a large bowl mix the tomato paste, water, soup, tomato sauce, seasonings, & Worcestershire. Add the tomato mixture to the meat & onions and bring to a simmer. In a greased 9x13 pan, layer the meat sauce, cottage cheese, and noodles so that there are 3 layers of noodles and top with a final layer of sauce and mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes. Let sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
