2 C flour
1/2 C brown sugar
1 C butter softened
16 oz cream cheese
1/2 C sugar plus 2T divided
2 large eggs
1 t vanilla
3 granny smith apples peeled cored and chopped
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
1/2 c caramel topping
STREUSEL
1 C brown sugar
1 C flour
1/2 C quick oats
1/2 C butter softened

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line 9 x13 pan with foil and spray with non stick spray.
Combine flour and brown sugar in medium bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly and press in pan. Bake 15 min or lightly browned. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 C sugar on med speed until smooth and creamy. Add eggs 1 at a time beating well. Add vanilla and stir to combine. Pour over warm crust. In small bowl combine apples, 2 T sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spoon evenly on top of cheesecake layer. Combine streusel ingredients until crumbly and sprinkle over apple layer.
Bake 30 min until filling is set. Allow to cool and drizzle with caramel topping. Allow to cool completely before refrigerating.
