1 can mandarin oranges
15 oz tin crushed pineapple
1 cup of mini marshmallows
1 cup fine coconut
500 ml tub sour cream

2 eggs
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup lite cream
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cups mandarin sections
3 bananas
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 15 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can fruit cocktail
1 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Drain oranges and pineapple. Fold in all ingredients into the sour cream, cover and let stand in fridge for 24 hours before serving.

Cook eggs, cream, sugar and lemon juice in a double boiler til thick. Cool. Mix fruit let stand, whip the cream and add it to sauce. Mix together, and chill for 24 hours.

My Mom used to make this salad (Recipe II) at Christmas time. She wasn't the only one, it seems that it was a sign of the times and many people my age had Mothers that made it. I still enjoy it, reminds me of home.
