3 cups sugar
3 eggs
3 cups flour
2 cups (1 can) pumpkin
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar and oil. Add beaten eggs. Add pumpkin. Blend in dry ingredients.

Spray 1-pound loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 30-45 minutes. Check with toothpick to see if it's done!

Let cool for a few minutes, then turn over pan and dump out pumpkin loaf. Wrap in plastic or put in baggie!
