1/2 lb almond flour (2 c + 2 Tbsp)
1/4 c sweetener
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 Tbsp powdered sweetener

Directions:

Line pan with parchment
Combine all, except powdered sugar.
Knead until dough is formed.
Roll into 1" balls, 1" apart.
Bake at bottom of oven for 55-60 minutes.
Remove from pan while still warm and dust with powdered sweetener.
