Ingredients:  
1. 1 1/2 cups warm water
2. 1 package yeast
3. 1/2 cup sugar
4. 1/2 shortening
5. 2 eggs
6. 1 tsp salt
7. 1/2 sack of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Proof yeast in warm water
Mix together yeast mixture, sugar, salt and eggs
Knead until ingredients are combined well
Place in greased bowl, and cover with tea towel
Let dough rise double in size
Punch down dough
Roll into golf ball size
Place in greased pan and let rise double again.

Bake @ 375 until golden

The dough will keep in refrigerator for a week
