Dough
6 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
2 small packs of dry yeast
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
3 beaten eggs
1 cup sour cream

Fillling
3 egg whites, beat until still
2 pounds of ground walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cup sugar
2 tbsp, melter butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add 1 tbsp. sugar. Set aside. Cut butter into flour and salt. Add 2 tbsp. sugar to sour cream, add the beaten eggs. Mix the yeast mixture and add flour, 1 cup at a time. Knead for a few minutes. Divide into 4 balls. Roll each ball on a floured board to 1/4 inch thickness. Mix all ingredients for the filling and split into four bowls.
Fill each of the rolled dough with the nut filling. Roll each as a jelly roll and brush with egg. Let each rise for 1/2 -1 hour. Bake for 40 minutes in a 350º preheated oven.
