2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 cup canola oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 lemon juiced and zest
8 oz candied lemon peal cubed


1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup powder sugar

preheat oven 350 use center rake

grease and flour bundt an
whip milk juice eggs oil vanilla together in stand mixer med speed
sift flour salt baking powder together
add flour in 3 parts on low speed alternate with lemon zest
flod in lemon cube reserve 2 oz for topping bundt
fill bundt pan bake 50 mins or until pick test clean
cool 10 min in pan then invert pan on cake plate
continue to cool 30 mins more
mix juice and powder sugar together whisk until smooth
drizzle over cake sprinkle with lemon cubes
