Ingredients:  
1 lb. sausage, browned & drained
3 slices white bread, cubed
9 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
tsp. salt
1 T. dry minced onion
1 c. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spread sausage and bread in a 9 x 13 pan. Mix eggs, milk, spices and onion. Pour over sausage mixture and top with cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 350 for 1 hour or until done.

Variation: You can use hash browns instead of bread. You can also add a can of green chilies and serve with sour cream and salsa.
