!- cup white sugar
1- cup packed brown sugar
- lb butter or oleo
1- cup dark Karo syrup
2- cups heavy cream
1-lb chopped pecans
1- tsp vanilla
16-oz milk chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the white sugar, brown sugar, Karo syrup oleo and ONE cup of heavy cream. Bring mixture to boil using heavy bottom sauce pan. Add additional cup of heavy cream slowly, to boiling mixture. Continue to boil until the mixture reaches between a soft to firm ball stage. Add vanilla and chopped pecans, stir till well mixed. Drop by tablespoon on buttered cookie sheet. Let set up over night. Melt chocolate in double boiler, dip candy in chocolate. Let stand until chocolate sets up.
