1 loaf bread - toasted and cut into cubes or 2 bags croutons (unseasoned)
Brown 1 lb ground beef or pork
(Drain and crumble)
Add 1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
3 eggs (beaten)
2 cups chicken or turkey broth (or water)
and bread cubes

Bake in casserole @ 350° for 1 hour
