1 1/2 lb ground beef
2 c diced onion
2 cloves garlic, mined
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp cumin
1 tsp cilantro
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp oregano
16 oz tomato sauce
1 can pinto beans, rinsed
40 oz green chilies
Topping:
Cornbread Mix (Bob's Red Mell)
1 egg
3/4 c skim milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a large skillet. Brown beef, onion & garlic, stirring frequently.
Add the rest. Cover and cook on med low, 10 minutes.
Place in greased casserole.
Top with the cornbread batter.
Bake 400º for 20 minutes until topping is lightly brown.
