Oven at 350º
(6) Eggs
1 cup (8oz.) Ricotta Cheese
2 tbs. Onion Minced
½ tsp. Nutmeg
¼ tsp. Salt
(1) 10 oz. package frozen chopped Spinach (cooked, drained and pressed of excess water)
(1) 8 oz. package Egg Noodles (cooked & drained)
Cooking Spray

11"x1½" baking dish
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl beat together eggs, cheese, onion, nutmeg & salt until well blended.
GENTLY stir in spinach & noodles.
Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
Spread mixture evenly in dish & cover with aluminum foil.
Bake 35 - 45 min. until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
