4½ c. all-purpose flour
¼ c. sugar
1½ tsp. salt
4 c. 1% milk
6 medium eggs
½ c. 1% milk
½ c. butter
1 pkg. yeast, active dry

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and yeast. In a medium saucepan, heat milk and margarine until very warm (120-130˚). Add liquid and eggs into flour mixture. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Cover, refrigerate up to 4 days, stirring in2 additional tablespoons of sugar after second day. For pancakes: lightly grease griddle or large skillet. Pour about ¼ c. batter onto hot griddle. Turn when edges look cooked and bubbles begin to break on surface. For waffles: bake in hot waffle iron until steaming stops. Makes 20 4-inch pancakes or 10 4x4-inch waffles.
