2lbs. Potatoes (white, red or yellow)
3 Tbsp. Butter/Margarine
½ Cup Milk
Salt to Taste

Directions:

Peel Potatoes
Cut into small pieces and place into a pot of cold water.
Stir - empty and repeat water until it's clear to remove excess starch
Cover potatoes with water and boil until soft
Remove from heat and drain water.
Mash - hand, mixer etc.
Add butter and continue to mash.
Add milk and whip the potatoes.
Add salt to taste
