8 pork chops, lean
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides. Place in baking dish, cover with the remaining above combined ingredients. Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 1 hour. Lean spare ribs may be made the same way.
