Butter 1 cup
Sugar - 1½ cup
Eggs - 2
Flour - 2¾ Cups
Cream of Tartar - 2 tsp
Baking Soda - 1 tsp
Salt - ½ tsp

Sugar and Cinnamon mix

Directions:
Pre-heat oven 400º

Mix butter, sugar and eggs. - in a big bowl.
Sift flour, Cream of tartar, BS, and Salt - Add to big bowl - blend.

Chill.

Roll into balls the size of walnuts. roll into a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.

Place 2" apart on ungreased sheet.
Bake 8-10 Minutes

repeat until all dough baked.
