Dough (for 2 pizzas):
1¼ cup warm water
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 package yeast

Sauce (for 2 pizzas):
24 oz tomato sauce
12 oz tomato paste
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons oregano

Toppings (for 2 pizzas):
1 pound Italian sausage or hamburger, browned
5-6 oz pepperoni
mushrooms
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup green and red pepper
2 lb mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
In bread machine: put dough ingredients in pan in the order listed. Set on white dough.
By hand: dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in oil, then add flour, salt and sugar, mix. Kneed until smooth, about 5 minutes. Shape into ball, place in greased bowl, cover and put in warm place. Let rise until dough doubles, about 2 hours. Divide into two balls. Spread each into a pizza pan or deep dish.
Spread sauce on each pan of dough, then add toppings. Bake at 375º about 30-40 minutes or until lightly brown and bubbly.
