Peppers
Grated jack cheese
2 eggs separated,
1 Tbs flour
Salt
1/2 tsp baking powder folded into whites
Flour for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Split pepper down middle and remove seeds. Stuff with jack cheese. Then dip in eggs mixture. Eggs beaten with flour, and salt. Beat egg whites with baking powder. Dip eggs in flour then egg whites. Fry quickly on each side until they are puffed and brown.
