1 lb hamburger
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup uncooked Minute Rice
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 cup cracker crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, onion, rice, milk, salt, poultry seasoning and cracker crumbs together in a mixing bowl. Shape into balls and brown in a skillet over medium heat. While meat balls are browning, combine soup and water. Pour over browned meat balls. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for about 1 hour.
