3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
14 oz can diced tomato
4 oz green chilies
1/3 c raisins
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp orange peel
1/8 tsp hot sauce
1 can black beans
2 c finely chopped apple
3 c hot, cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet on medium high, brown meat, onion & garlic.
Add all but beans and apples. Bring to a boil.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Add beans and apple.
Cook 10 minutes, or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Serve over hot rice.
