9-10 Strips of cooked Bacon Crumbled

1 cup Grated Swiss Cheese

1/4 cup Minced Onion

4 eggs

1 cup Evaporated Milk

3/4 tsp. Salt

1/4 tsp. Sugar

1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
In a buttered pie plate sprinkle Onion, Cheese and Bacon.

Beat Eggs, Milk and Seasonings.

Pour over Bacon and Cheese.

Microwave 7 to 8 minutes.

Check with knife to see if it is done.
