1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
16 oz box bow tie pasta
3 cups cook and shredded chicken
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/3 cup chopped green onions

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp black pepper

Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Put into large bowl.
Add cooked and shredded chicken.

In a small bowl, mix dressing.
Combine all dressing ingredients and then mix well. (I put in a mason jar and shake it to mix it)

Pour dressing over chicken and pasta, stir to coat it all well.
Add cilantro and green onions. Mix well.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.
