1 Package yellow cake mix - Pudding included (Treebeard's uses only Pillsbury Cake Mix)
4 Eggs
1 Stick butter (½ Cup) melted
8 oz. Cream Cheese-softened
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Pound powdered sugar

Directions:

Grease a 13x9x2 pan
Mix 1 slightly beaten egg with dry cake mix and melted butter to a moist dough consistency.
Press mixture evenly into the bottom of pan.
In a bowl beat softened cream cheese with electric mixer, add remaining eggs and vanilla
until creamy. Beat in the powdered sugar gradually, mix until smooth; this takes several minutes.
Pour over the crust in pan.
Bake at 350º (325º if using a glass pan). for 35 to 40 minutes.
Watch carefully so base doesn't get too brown. The cheese mixture sinks into the center a little
leaving a firmer crust around the edges. Cut in squares to serve.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or garnish with fresh strawberries.
