1 lb mild ground sausage 1 lb hot ground sausage 1 (30oz) package frozen hash browns 1 and 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 cup shredded cheddar 6 large eggs 2 cups milk
Cook sausages in a large skillet, and drain well. Stir together hash browns, sausage and cheese together. Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish Whisk eggs, milk and salt and pepper together. Pour liquid mixture over potato mixture. Top with shredded cheese.
