2 Tbs butter

2 Tbs flour

3/4 cup milk

1 heaping cup of cheddar cheese

1/2 can of Tomato Soup

1 tsp salt

2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:

Make cream sauce with butter, flour, and milk.

Add cheese, tomato soup, salt. then beaten egg yolk

Whip eggs whites and fold in


Add a little bit of white sauce to the eggs yolks to warm them so they do no get lumps and then put in the rest

Slowly fold in the egg whites and serve over toast.
