Cake:
4 Tbsp soft butter
1/2 c sweetener
1/4 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 c almond flour
1/4 c. coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Caramel Sauce:
4 Tbsp butter, divided
1/4 c. & 2 Tbsp heavy cream
3/4 c sweetener
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Peanut Butter layer:
2/3 c. peanut butter
3 Tbsp sweetener
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp cream cheese
1 Tbsp heavy cream
Topping:
1 c roasted peanuts
1/2 tsp coarse sea salt, optional unless peanuts are unsalted

Directions:
Directions:
350º grease square pan
Cake:
Cream butter & sweetener until light and fluffy
Add wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients.
Beat until combined. Bake 30-35 min, until firm
Caramel Sauce:
Combine 1/4 c. cream, 3 Tbsp butter & swetener.
Cook over medium low until bubbly, thick and lightly browned.
Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients.
Stir until smooth. Cool until room temp.
Peanut Butter Layer: Mix all ingredients until smooth
Spread peanut butter mix on cooled cake. Drizzle with sauce.
Sprinkle nuts and salt evenly on top.
