1 cup whole milk
5-1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup butter, room temperature
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
7 oz. marshmallow cream

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk flour into milk in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until very thick. Set aside to cool.
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. When flour mixture is cold, add to creamed mixture and mix well. Add marshmallow cream and mix very well.


This is the perfect filling for gobs (see Pumpkin Gob recipe). It's also good for cakes, cupcakes or even lady locks.
