⅔ cup wine vinegar

cup olive oil

1 medium clove of garlic, crushed

1 tsp sugar

2 tsp water

1 tsp salt

Dash of pepper

Dash of hot pepper

tsp oregano

1 medium onion, sliced thin

Fresh clean mushrooms

Combine ingredients, add mushrooms.

Let marinate 8 hours or more.

Drain and serve.
